PREFECTS

The Primary Prefects of 2022/23 work under the guidance of Rev. Sr. Celina De Silva, Principal of the Primary School, Mrs. Rozanne Jarkie Abdon and Rev. Sr. Nivetha Philip. The Primary Prefects body consists of 60 young and enthusiastic Prefects and Captains who perform many duties in their respective classes, maintaining the discipline and upholding the values of the school.

The students who served an allocated time as Stewards in school were appointed as captains and senior prefects based on many factors including the many ways in which they have worked to bring glory and honour to their Alma Mater.
The Teachers-In-Charge of the prefects Rev. Sr. Charitha Thandalge, Ms. Chamila Perera, Ms Nilanthi Perera, Ms Dinesha Fernando, Ms. Kamanie Fernando, Ms. Menik Dias, Ms. Chaturi De Lanerolle, work closely with the Prefects’ Guild to ensure that they work towards a common goal which is to at all times maintain the required high standards of the Alma Mater and to inculcate and uphold Familian values among all students. Apart from this, the prefects also undertake the responsibility of organizing school events and partakes in other activities the administration requires their service in.
