Athletics PRO SCHOOL
The HFC Athletics team trains every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, as well as every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM at Torrington Grounds. Under the guidance of Mr. Roy Samantha and Ms. Lalana, along with the support of teachers-in-charge Ms. Shavini Silva and Ms. Yasara Vithanavasam, the athletes are dedicated to honing their skills and competing at high levels. The team's commitment to training and excellence has led to significant achievements in various competitions.
The Familian athletes train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6.30 am to 8.30 am at Torrington Grounds, under the guidance of Mr. Roy Samantha and Ms. Lalana as well as the teachers-in-charge, Ms. Shavini Silva, Ms. Yasara Vithanavasam.
Athletics has blossomed at Holy Family Convent with our athletes obtaining medals at every meet they have taken part in. We are proud of our talented athletes and encourage all those who wish to join the sport to give in their names to Ms. Shavini.
